I don’t know if you heard from Jimmy, but you guys are about to manage property #4 for us! It’s a 4/2 that we got a great deal on (its literally 3 houses down the block from us that we got in an off market deal from one of our wonderful neighbors). Yes, it needed lots of TLC, but it’s now looking pretty damn good as far as I’m concerned. From a sale perspective, our neighborhood is incredibly hot and very desirable; hopefully that holds true for the rental market as well.

I’m writing you this email to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your assistance in getting us to #4. As you might recall, while I’ve been involved in this gig since I was a kid; C was, shall we say, MUCH less comfortable. You were a huge factor in making this business easy for us, and more importantly, gave C the confidence that being an investment property owner was indeed a good thing. When we got the first one in ’09 or ’10, she was terrified and swore it was the first and last; now we’re up to four and its old hat for her.
